Evangeline Oaks Guest House Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Services (EOGH-Rehab) was founded in 1981 as a family-owned and operated facility and has been continually operated by the same family for over forty years.

The skilled and compassionate staff of EOGH & Rehab nursing home provide excellent skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy services. You will be welcomed by many familiar friendly faces.

The facility medical director has been the director for over twenty years and many of our support and professional staff have long-term tenure with EOGH-Rehab. 

The caring and compassionate registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants provide excellent care. Our professional rehabilitation and therapy staff provide on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services focused on caring for and honoring our residents.
